Due the nature of our work, clients are prohibited to make changes via telephone, e-mail or text messages.

Changes would include:

  1. Any corrections to information originally provided.
  2. Updating or adding information to data collected for the purpose of providing service.
  3. Address, phone, fax or email changes.
  4. Cancelling services.

All changes must be made in person, certified mail,  or through your client workspace.
