Fee Policy

NO SURPRISE BILLING! NO GIMMICKS!

The Goal of WB&T is to keep fees as reasonable as possible. WB&T offers flat-rate billing for Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Back Office services.

The flat rate for this purpose means, our fee for service is not based upon the number of transactions in a reporting period. we don't have time to sit around and count the transactions to bill you - who does that?

Account Change Policy

Due the nature of our work, clients are prohibited to make changes via telephone, e-mail or text messages.

Changes would include:

  1. Address, phone, fax or email changes.
  2. Canceling services.

All changes must be made in person, certified mail, or through your client workspace.

Cancel Appointment Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers, or future customers.

In order to be respectful of our time, please call or text (248) 793-5968 if you are running late. Because we are a virtual service, our team also travel to meet with you at the agreed venue.

Cancel Service Policy

We are sorry to see you go!

WB&T Clients may cancel service at any time; however, because of our start-up process, there must be a 10 day written, notarized notice with new clients and a 30 day written, notarized notice with existing clients. The written notice can be mailed or uploaded to the customer workspace.

You are not entitled to any refunds with cancellations.

If your account is canceled, Wells Bookkeeping & tax, LLC reserves the right to immediately remove your account information along with any account settings from our servers with NO liability to us or notice to you.

Late Fee Policy

BILLS! Everybody's got them! Including businesses.

When You don't pay your bill, we can't pay ours - including our payroll bill!

It's as simple as that.

Late payment fees will appear on your invoices as LATE FEE.

  • A 6 day safety net is provisioned for all customers
  • A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed after the 6th of the month

Invoice & Bill Pay

Wells Bookkeeping & Tax, LLC employs the use of electronic invoicing.

Clients are invoiced every month on the 25th, if electronically, and postmarked before the 30th if by U.S Postal services. We send invoices electronically by default.

You must request, in advance, to have invoices mailed. Invoices are due on the 1st of each month but no later than the 6th to avoid late fee penalties.

Wells Bookkeeping & Tax, LLC invoices are issued with a reasonable breakdown of the total amount of the invoice.
